With dreaming starts reality!
It is our dream to create a small coffee shop, which will also offer a variety of useful organic products. We had been inspired by coffee and organic shops, which are located in Dublin. One of our favorite places is a small take/away coffee kiosk, which is located on the main road of Ranelagh, Dublin. This kiosk has a very simple and basic set up. The coffee, which they sell is excellent. You can smell the coffee from far away. No wonder that there are always people waiting in line to buy their coffee! They keep it simple and produce magic.
We want to travel to Panama and Costa Rica to learn about coffee and organic farming as much as possible. Panama and Costa Rica are countries, which are known for their high quality coffee plantations. We are looking forward to get to know local business people, who are living their dream.
Before we left Dublin we bought a small second hand espresso machine, which we carry with us. During our journey we will taste coffee from different regions. We will write about our experiences.
This was in November 2015 when we opened small coffee shops, after in 2016 we have the coffee shop to other person. We decided to leave and soon as we find bigger space open bigger coffee shop, where we will aloe serve some small healthy snacks and food.
